Agusta Westland Bell chose the NexPrise WebSpace Platform as its company wide document management system. Hexcel, a leading manufacturer of composite materials, uses the NexPrise WebSpace Platform to manage its Nonconformance and Corrective Action processes with off-shore joint venture partners in China and Malaysia. Pratt & Whitney Rocketdyne has been using NexPrise solutions to manage four distinct modes of collaboration including Program Management, Quick Team collaboration, Virtual Design Team and Engineering Services Request Process. They have implemented these processes using our Program Management, Document Management and Process Management applications. Through the use of NexPrise Solutions they have reduced their development cycle time by 50% and reduced manufacturing cycle time by more than 63%.

Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation is leveraging the NexPrise WebSpace Platform for contract management (CITIS), proposal management and project collaboration. On the new CH-53K helicopter program, significant analysis work has been outsourced to key partners. These partners access WebSpace for work instructions and key reference documents and submit their FEA results via the WebSpace Platform for review and approval by Sikorsky.

Textron Information Systems (TIS) - uses NexPrise to manage many of their vendor contracts. The NexPrise WebSpace Platform produced an application used to gather contract data and upload a copy of the actual contract into the NexPrise repository for controlled access. These documents are then available to the contracts team via the Internet.

Decoma International, a division of Magna, selected the NexPrise WebSpace Platform to create and maintain electronic Program Books. This replaces their manual system of collecting and managing all required APQP documentation and other information associated with a new vehicle program. In addition, Decoma automated their Data Exchange Notice (DEN) process on the WebSpace Platform to streamline the process of exchanging CAD data between Decoma and their customers.

Subaru of Indiana Automotive, Inc. has implemented the NexPrise Supplier Rating System for near real-time supplier delivery performance monitoring. The system was originally configured to track supplier quality issues and corrective action responses at Subaru's 2.7 million s.f. manufacturing facility in Lafayette, Indiana. After a successful production rollout, Subaru has decided to purchase a NexPrise Supplier Delivery Rating Module. TRAM - TRAM's cost estimating process moves data from an initial customer request through an internal cost estimation process, allowing accurate data to be delivered to the customer as quickly as possible. WebSpace enables TRAM to manage and gain visibility over the cost estimating process via powerful workflow and status reporting functionality. Management sees where every quote is in the estimating process, quickly discovering and eliminating bottlenecks. The solution also provides end users with Web-based access to all data and documents needed to perform their assigned activities, and email notifications and reminders of their assignments.

Trelleborg is leveraging the NexPrise WebSpace Platform for business process automation across their global organization. Based on an initial success automating and optimizing their quote management process, Trelleborg has expanded their use of the WebSpace Platform across manufacturing divisions to manage a variety of supplier facing business processes including advanced shipment notifications and supplier quality ratings.

NWE Technology, Inc. a member of Foxconn / Hon Hai Group implemented the NexPrise Quote Management system to improve quote accuracy and consistency. The NexPrise Quote Manager has reduced the time to process quotes by over 90%. The application analyzes customer bills of material against a database of historical costs, allows for the addition of markups or other costs and performs calculations before generating customer-specific quotes and reports.

IDT is using the NexPrise WebSpace Platform to manage its product lifecycle management process, serving as the master repository for all program information, action items and deliverables. IDT is also using WebSpace as their corporate document lifecycle management system across all divisions, leveraging WebSpace workflow to insure change management processes in compliance with ISO standards.

International Rectifier leveraged the NexPrise WebSpace Platform to create a Web-based Purchase Requisition Application they call "eReq". The eReq application replaced time consuming manual processes for entering and approving Purchase Requisitions across 3 separate ERP/MRP systems. In support of International Rectifier's strategy of global supply base consolidation, NexPrise successfully implemented a solution that satisfied all their workflow requirements including Delegation of Authority based on the amount of the purchase and ERP integration for Purchase Order Creation.

MFG Solutions, Inc. - MFGSI uses the NexPrise WebSpace Platform to track projects from development through quotation and into production; a process that was formerly managed through a series of disjointed emails, spreadsheets, project plans and server silos. Each order that comes from its client hospitals is entered in NexPrise and tracked to completion by Project Managers, who assign the various tasks to their team members. Toray Composites (America), Inc. uses the NexPrise WebSpace Platform to manage procedural documents, process information and product documentation.
